Conscious Money presents courses on financial planning and investment strategies at CIT Solutions, Canberra.
Learn how to create your financial road map to greater prosperity. Understand the fundamentals of making money. Course covers tax strategies and structures, the pros and cons of negative gearing into property and shares. Tax planning around superannuation, estate planning, family trusts and self managed superannuation funds will also be included.
The classes run for 4 weeks from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at CIT Campus in Bruce.

This information-packed evening will cover the legislation that allows a super fund to borrow to invest in shares and property via a warrant. what to look for in your analysis of whether a particular property is suitable or not. The process and trust structures required to house the loan and property, as well as compliance requirements will be covered.
