FAPS- The Family Asset Protection Series- ACT Seminars

The family asset protection series will be presenting four professional seminars detailing the tips and traps for managing the family assets, pre and post death.

The Seminars are brought to you by Conscious Money (Financial Planning perspective), Duesburys Nexia (Accounting and Tax perspective) and Certus Law (Legal and Estate Planning perspective).

Each seminar covers a different realm of how you can best protect the family wealth, covering off on the financial, legal and tax aspects of each topic.

Part 4 - Intergenerational Wealth Transfer:
• The planning involved.
• Content yet to be decided upon, depending on feedback from previous 3 seminars.

All four seminars will be held at the CSIRO Discovery centre Auditorium.
Parking is free and easily accessible from the CSIRO centre.

The seminars will start from 5.30pm for light refreshments, seminar starting from 6.15 and concluding at 8pm.

The first seminar or part of the series will be held on Tuesday, March 16th at the CSIRO Discovery Centre in Acton, ACT.

The following parts will be held in the months of June, September and November. (Dates TBA)

The cost is $22/ per person/per seminar.








Investments & the stock market

Conscious Money presents courses on financial planning and investment strategies at CIT Solutions, Canberra.

Learn how to create your financial road map to greater prosperity. Understand the fundamentals of making money. Course covers tax strategies and structures, the pros and cons of negative gearing into property and shares. Tax planning around superannuation, estate planning, family trusts and self managed superannuation funds will also be included.

The classes run for 4 weeks from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at CIT Campus in Bruce.

Dates for 2010

Term 1 - March 18, 25 and April 1, 8

Term 2 - June 3, 10, 17 and 24.
